President’s Letter :: The Estates of Forest Creek

President’s Letter

Happy New Year Neighbors!HOAUpdateFeature

It has been a great year serving you as the President of our Estates of Forest Creek Homeowners Association (EFC HOA).  I am honored to have been elected to serve in this capacity once again in 2017.

As we go into the New Year, I would like to reflect on some of the accomplishments your EFC HOA Board is pleased to have made in 2016:

  • Many Hearst Castle Way median improvements, along with fresh annuals at the Coit Road entrances
  • Researched and switched landscaping companies to cut our regular maintenance costs in half
  • Hosted several Meet & Greets and a Spring Fling neighborhood party
  • Maintained the higher HOA membership levels set in 2015
  • Kept neighborhood festive with holiday decorations and flags when appropriate

These are just a few items to highlight. Your HOA Board is always working to make this an even better neighborhood, while maintaining an annual HOA budget that will ensure this organization will be healthy and thriving in the years to come.

Remember, none of this is possible without YOU, our EFC residents that have been caring enough to support our community by paying your annual HOA membership dues.  And of course, with the help of all of our volunteer Board and Key non-Board members as well.

Our newly elected 2017 HOA Board has many plans for 2017 as well.  Please take a few minutes to browse through each of the articles posted in this quarterly newsletter to learn more about what you can expect in the coming year.  I encourage you to also check out our updated website Calendar and community activities Photo Gallery.  You will be happy you did!

As always, please feel free to reach out to any HOA Board member, attend our monthly Board meetings, and join us for as many of our community group activities that your interest and schedule will allow (i.e., quarterly Meet & Greets, Spring & Fall socials, and regular Bunko, Bridge & Mah Jongg groups).  We would love to see you and so would your neighbors!

On a final note, you can also contact us anytime by simply sending a quick note via our website Question/Answer input form.

Sincerely,

Scarlette Cassedy

2017 EFC HOA Board President
