EFC Residents “Un-Decked the Walls” on Jan 8th

Several community volunteers met on a chilly Sunday January 8th to welcome in the new year by taking down and moving back into storage our annual neighborhood “common area” display of holiday cheer.

In late November, Winter holiday decorations were placed at our two main entrances at Coit Road and on the Hearst Castle Way medians. In addition, 40 wreaths were hung on our neighborhood border wall along Coit Road and on our special bridge on Hearst Castle Way.

Since then until the “un-decking”, all of our homeowners and guests entering or leaving our community via Coit Road had been able to enjoy these cheerful seasonal decorations!

Thank you again to all the volunteers that took an hour or two out of their Saturday mornings to help support our community beautification effort in both of these events.  This assistance is appreciated more than you would ever know.

Our annual holiday decoration installation (“Deck the Walls” activity) and take down (“Un-Deck the Walls” event) is sponsored by our Estates of Forest Creek Homeowners Association (EFC HOA).  Your annual HOA membership dues and volunteer support are what make these community activities possible.

Your HOA Board wants to thank all EFC residents that are actively supporting our on-going efforts to improve the quality of our community!
