The Estates of Forest Creek Website :: The Estates of Forest Creek

Visits to Our New EFC Website Are Up Significantly!

First introduced to all residents of The Estates of Forest Creek and the general public less than five months ago, visibility to our new community website at www.efchoa.com is growing quickly and becoming a favorite new bookmark for many.

In March alone, we had a record 385 new visitors to the site, representing an impressive 160%+ increase over the total of new visitors in January and February.   In addition, the 492 total number of website visits in March reflects an increase of 60%+ over February.   And to top it off, we have just recently earned the pinnacle of Google Search “The Estates of Forest Creek” keyword string now shows up as the very first entry when searching on Google – this is excellent early progress for such a young website.  Something we can all be proud of.  This is sure to increasingly raise the visibility of our unique quality neighborhood to all of those looking at us from the outside.

I want to especially thank these folks for their assistance in helping us achieve this early success:

–       Our 3rd-party Social Media Marketing partner Red Mango Marketing for their on-going help with all EFC website and newsletter support, including recently working closely with us on enhancing our website Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

–       To three of our EFC Board members:  (1) Frank Cassara, our HOA Membership Director, for several email notices to all residents this past month actively encouraging homeowners to participate in our 2015 HOA Membership Drive, (2) Cindy Mauch, our HOA Secretary, for adding our website link to all EFC HOA communication email notifications, and (3) Jeanne Gary, our HOA CrimeWatch Director, for getting yard signs posted around the neighborhood and her social media postings on our Friends of EFC Facebook site promoting use of our informative community website!

I want to remind all that whether you are joining the HOA as a new member or renewing your membership, you can quickly and easily use our website to register and pay your 2015 HOA dues securely on-line via PayPal or Credit Card.  This has been a big hit with many already.

We also now have three new local business advertisers helping support our EFC HOA and our website maintenance expenses.  Thank you to Texas Sod and Landscape (landscaping), Harrington’s (painting) and Bit a Bliss (cleaning) for joining Jeanne Gary (real estate) in this effort.  You are encouraged to click on their ad graphics within the newsletter or website if interested in considering any of  these local services

There is a wealth of information here for all visitors to our www.efchoa.com website.  Whether the visitor is currently outside our community (anyone you may want to share this link with), all of you as our EFC homeowners, and particularly those of you that are EFC HOA annual dues paying members who are allowed access to all the HOA Members Only benefits.   Every EFC resident is strongly encouraged to find at least a few minutes to explore this website for the first time and/or to revisit it often for updated news.  This is the only way for you to personally experience all that it currently offers.

Remember too that this website is a dynamic method of communication to all of you and the general public about our EFC neighborhood. As such, if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions for further improvement, we would LOVE to get your feedback. It takes just a couple minutes to share this with us, conveniently via the Questions / Comments link under “Contact Us” at the top of each web page.

It is truly our pleasure to provide you with this valuable social media communication tool.  Enjoy!!
