President’s Letter :: The Estates of Forest Creek

President’s Letter

Hello Neighbors,

I hope this letter finds you all healthy and in good spirits. I am very excited to begin this year as your new President of The Estates of Forest Creek Homeowners Association (EFC HOA).HOAUpdateFeature

I look forward to continuing the great work started by Jack Gary, our outgoing president, and all the board members that served in 2015.  I would like to extend a special thanks to all of those that participated in our elections. On behalf of the new EFC HOA Board, we would like to say that we are excited to serve and we are looking forward to continuing the efforts to improve our community.

I encourage you to participate this year by signing up on a committee, helping out at an event, or running for a Board position. You can do something as simple as attend a meeting to see what the Board has in store for your community. Being involved, participating, and contributing to our community are important factors in keeping this neighborhood a valuable part of the city.  If interested, simply get in touch with any of our HOA Board members, or submit a quick note via our website Contact Us form.

If you cannot make it to any of our meetings or events, you can still support the neighborhood by paying your annual HOA dues. Our membership director, Frank Cassara, has kicked off our membership dues campaign and I would like to encourage you to pay your dues now.  For more details, please see Membership Update article.

Our top priority this year is to continue the beautification projects from last year. You may have noticed new plantings in several medians along Hearst Castle. These beautiful updates will continue, thanks to the hard work of Kristen Kerwin. She has organized plans for improvements along our medians and entrances. I know we are all looking forward to seeing the results!  For more details, please see Beautification Update article.

I hope to see you at one of our neighborhood social events this year!  Please keep an eye on our website Calendar and Neighborhood News postings, plus our “Friends of Estates of Forest Creek” Facebook page for more details on recent and future activities/events.

Sincerely,

Scarlette Cassedy, EFC HOA President
