What We Do

The Estates of Forest Creek Homeowners Association (HOA) has been in existence for nearly 25 years and is considered by homeowners as playing a key role in making the neighborhood a desirable place to live.

The HOA mission is to enhance the beauty, enjoyment, and value of the Estates of Forest Creek. We keep the landscaping healthy; organize activities for residents; provide information relevant to our daily life and well-being; and build a sense of community.

All homeowners within our EFC community are eligible to be an HOA member.  The HOA membership is voluntary and has one of the lowest annual membership fees of all nearby communities.  Despite being voluntary, HOA membership is consistently strong, year after year, and has always represented a majority of the homeowners within the Estates of Forest Creek.

As an HOA member, residents support the beautification, maintenance and upkeep of the common areas of the community, have closer ties with neighbors, and are able to participate in a wide variety of HOA-sponsored social activities & special interest groups.  Furthermore, many HOA members are active in numerous civic, charitable, environmental, and regional/national social organizations.

The HOA is governed by the EFC HOA Board of Directors made up of a handful of EFC HOA member residents volunteering their time to serve the interests of the entire EFC community.  Board members are elected into office by the HOA membership for an annual calendar year term, with an option to run for additional annual terms.

The HOA Board of Directors include:

– President

– Vice President

– Treasurer

– Secretary

– Membership Committee Chair

– Beautification Committee Chair

– Hospitality Committee Chair

– Neighborhood Watch Committee Chair

Assisting the HOA Board and all EFC homeowners are approximately 40 Block Captains.  These are HOA members that volunteer their time to be a focal point for the EFC homeowners living within a 2-3 block “Zone” in the neighborhood.  There are 1-2 Block Captains assigned to the 20 Zones that together make up the entire EFC community.
